I purchased the 5 year CarDoc Warranty by this dealership in Shallotte, NC. I was led to believe it was a national Chrysler warranty. Moved to Ohio and is only available in a dealership 5 hours from me! Paid over $450 for this. Trying to get a pro-rated refund but was told no at the 888-473-0797 Car Doc Headquarters. Went to a dealership in Cleveland for the 15, 000 mile check up and was surprised to get a bill as it was supposed to be covered under CarDoc. What a scam.
