Farmers Insurance Group - Home insurance

Insurance agent refused to cancel my home insurance policy on the phone saying he needed written email. When he received email he said he needed proof that house was insured with another company when that proof was submitted, still didn't cancel the policy and after 3 months still receiving fraudulent bills to pay.
