Quest Diagnostics - Blood work

I sat at quest for 45 minutes with a mask on I have copd, lymphoma the women comes out and says who ever doesnt have an appointment will have a long wait a man that came in 5 minutes before that said I dont have an appointment but I would like to say hi to Michelle they took him in and did his blood work I came from newburgh my dr sent the script there I was very upset and I left this was very unfair thank you
