Quest Diagnostics

I have been trying to get blood work done at this office for nearly a month now. I make an appointment but when I arrive NO workers report to work. Long lines outside the building with no direction as to if or when the building will open. The website will indicate that it is open when In fact no employees have shown up for work. 45 mins to 1hr later people end up leaving because as responsible employees "They" have get to their own jobs on time. Ofcourse I will go somewhere else now however what a waste of people's time and MD's who can't move forward because patients haven't received their lab results as of yet.
