I own a 2015 Edge Titanium, The hatch would not open, could not release the right side.
Taking the car to the dealer, it was discovered the latch switch needed replaced.
I ask the dealer to show me where the switch is located, which they failed to do.
After reviewing several YouTube videos, I tried the manual release and could not find one.
Had the dealer look and I was told there was no manual release, the latch switch was replaced.
My problem if I needed to get to the spare tire how could I.
This is a safety hazard. Why doesn't the 2015 Edge have a manual release?
Please supply information on how to release the hatch if this happens again?
