Hertz

I rented a car from thrifty on aug 22-25. I returned it on time and full of gas, not knowing about a border fee. I went to Indiana to see my sick Aunt. This situation put me in duress because of having a sickness in the family, then the extra fee on the contract. It maxed my card out. I had enough to pay for the regular fees i agreed to. The over the border fee maxed out my credit card. I would of never taken the car if i had known about the unknown fee. Please help in this matter. Thamks
