Braum's

My husband and I went thru the drive thru at Braum's this evening and we both ordered the chicken club combos. It was pretty pitiful! Chicken patty was cold and hard. Bun was cold and the fries were cold and not fresh at all. The only thing worth having was our cokes! This isn't the first time this has happened! It has gotten pretty regular. We don't mind paying for our food if it's good but this constant crap their serving has really pissed me off. There's no reason for it. Something needs to be done about the employees that don't care to serve the customers this nasty [censored]! If something don't change we won't be going back!
