Rainbow Shops - Rainbow Shop..Fox Street, Philadelphia

I purchased 8 pairs of school uniform pants for my granddaughter from this store and other items. I went to return/exchange one pair of pants because it did not have any belt loops. I did not have my receipt, but I had the card that I paid for the purchase with. The lady told me she couldn't do anything without a receipt.. BS.. I will never shop at Rainbow Shop ever again! I shop there all the time. If y'all saw how many time Rainbow shops showed up on my monthly bank statements. BAD BUSINESS..
