Rainbow Shops - Long tank top

I purchased item today but when I got home to try it on it has a fishy order. I immediately returned to store to exchange it. The manager refused to exchange it due to it being a clearance item/ I was told to go another location. I spent $75.00 in the store and Im stuck with a top with an unpleasant odor. Poor customer service and lack of courtesy

Desired outcome: Change and address policy for better customer service
