Ford - Recall 19n08 transmission clutch

I took my 2014 Ford Focus to Apple Ford in Red Lion, PA, they wouldn't honor this recall stating it was not safety related. They said it had a branded title. this recall defintely is a safety issue. My car is showing more symptoms daily. I'm beginning to be afraid to drive it. I am a single mother with no support. This is my only means of transportation.
