Hertz - damaged my truck

I was at this carlot yesterday 12/28/19 to look at purchasing a car. The manager went to test drive my truck that I was trading in and he somehow managed to split the front driveshaft in half and then acted like he did nothing wrong. I would like Hertz to cover the cost of any repairs and make this right.
