I received notification from Anderson Ford on Tuesday, Dec 17 by email and again on Wednesday, Dec 18 by text of an appointment at Anderson Ford of a service appointment at 7 am on Monday, Dec 23. I didn't make an appointment but thought it was a program to look over my new Ecoboost purchase and do an early oil change.

Problem: They do not open until 7:30 am and they had no record of the appointment at the dealership, and said I didn't need anything. They sent me home.

I am taking steps to make sure other customers know that false appointments can be set up by this delearship and they will be wasting their time and gas to show up at the scheduled time.
