Days Inn

We are stay here in Charleston, SC and this is our last night. Today no one cleaned our room. Coffee marker in our room broken, also our phone in the room doesn't work. Now I have a dog barking nonstop in the room next to us. Will travel often and have never had such a bad experience in a hotel like this before. We are very disappointed, front desk was not helpful either! Also I have enclosed a picture of our bathtub that is disgusting.
