CITGO - Gas false price

Gas sign showed 4.19.9 a gallon for regular unleaded. So I pumped my gas got my receipt and seen I paid 4.29.9 a gallon. Went in and asked the cashier why I paid 4.29.9 instead of 4.19.9, he said that’s credit only. I told him that’s not what your sign shows. He shook his head and said it’s on the pump. I told him that’s misleading could I have a number to call that in and he said there is no number to call. I will never get anything there ever again especially gas.😡

Desired outcome: Make him change the sign. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!
