Aspen Dental - Wont give me my refund

I paid up front for my dental services, but after having some of it completed and being horribly disappointed, I requested a refund. it has been over 30 days and haven't received anything. this is a substantial amount of money and the office location I used in Athens, TN can not help me find out anything. Please send me information on who I need to call to find out why I have not received it.
