Quest Diagnostics

I have been using my local Quest lab inside Tom Thumb in Addison. I went today, Saturday August 17th at 7:30 am. The child you have working for you is totally incompetent. She stuck me twice twisting the needle in the most painful way possible. She could not draw my blood. Then she had the gall to tell me to go to your GARLAND location. She is so stupid she does not know there are locations much closer than that! Also she has shockingly long and sharp artificial finger nails decorated with rhinestones. No phlebotomist that cares about patients would wear nails like that! Now I will have to wait until my hand and arm heal before I can try again.
