The food is always good, but the customer service is terrible. No "hi, what can I get started for you", "thank you for choosing braums", or even a "hi, how are you today."

Instead you're greeted with "what do you want to order", "is that it" (after everything you try to order), at the window you get your total spit off without a greeting and a "pull around we'll bring it out front."

Greet your customers, treat them with respect. You're at a place of business, don't be a disrespectful punk to your customers.
