Dillard's

I purchased a Calvin Klein pencil skirt (grey) on Sunday, wore it on Monday and the back seam split came apart. I took it to the store, different from where I had purchased it from and the department manager told me that I had to take it back to the store where the original purchase was made. I simply wanted an exchange, for one that was not ripped! She did not care! Poor customer service, professionalism and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction!
