I was at the Clear lake shores Texas Home Depot this morning and I asked 4 different people to cut steel straps off the steel mesh for concrete. I waited 30 minutes and no help. I ask a fifth person and he handed me cutters to go do it myself, the cutters would not cut through the steel straps. I ended up cutting my hand and pulling a muscle in my other hand. I finally gave up and walked out. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and they are very understaffed. I've spent a lot of money with them over the years and that is coming to an end!
