Quest Diagnostics

On 5-5-20 a Quest Diag Technician performed venipuncture and obtained sample for evaluation of my Magnesuim serum values as prescribed by my PCP. Same Technician informed me "the results will be available in a few days in the Results section of your Patient Account in the Quest Diagnostic Portal website ".
I am familiar and used my "patient portal" for the past several years to verify my results but even today, 5-18-20, the Magnesium results are still not listed; other results are listed but not the Magnesium...
Since 5-8-20 I have already submitted 4 emails to Quest Diagnostic and made 4 phone calls to the Patient Advocacy Department [protected] but I received no assistance.
