Quest Diagnostics

The employee named Rachel at Quest Diagnostics is NEVER there at opening time (8am). She is the only employee at this location and she opens the doors everyday at 8:30 when she walks in. She closes early for lunch and opens late after lunch. She closes the door everyday at 4:45 instead of 5:00.
I personally see this every single day because she shares an office with me. I work for a doctor's office inside of TMC imaging (where this quest office is located as well). She refuses to draw labs on anyone after 4:30. Patient's are complaining about her daily. From now on we refuse to send anyone to that lab anymore. Absolutely refuse. Please get someone who enjoys their job and is not so hateful over in this office location.
