NU Car Rentals

I found a great deal for a 3 day rental for a pickup truck I called an hour before I went down to confirm they have the vehicle on site they said yes I arrive give my credit card and ID then tried to upsell after saying no she says all I have is a smaller pickup I said ok she goes back 5seconds later says they don't have it trying to put me in something else please don't advertise one thing and switch to something else I can't get the 90 minutes of my time back if you don't have a pickup truck just say you don't have one your upsell bonus game failed!
