Hello,

I was trying to get my membership tryout at Seattle Aurora Ave North. I met with Heather Penor, who told me that there is no membership tryout but only yearly subscription. I was surprised because I totally saw that we could get a 5 day pass for trial.

I was mad because she totally were [censored]ing, saying they are out of 5 day pass trial, which is clearly printed on website. I finally got a chance to talk to her manager, who agreed the pass is available. Heather Penor is a liar and how can she work in this well famous chain facily? Please help!
