02/18/2026 I purchased my home, total train wreck.
Second night i stayed there, my septic tank alarm kept going off. Ended up digging up my yard to make repair. To date this big hole is not covered up, They finally replaced the sod they dug up, with dead sod and put sod over the hole. . They had to take down my privacy fence for the repair, bottom row of wood not attached to the poles. Keep calling, no results. Cannot let my dogs out except on a leash which is frustrating because i paid for a fence and doggie door.

Desired outcome: I would like them to fix the problem and quit lying about it will happen tomorrow or this weekend. I have a ton of the text messages showing the complaints. Will not give me the contractors name or number. Pictures available.
