Fasle advertising. Phone could not be activated. Paid in full with no service.
Called support 4-6 times over 4 days to activate my new phone. You would think this would be straight forward. This is cell phone companies bread and butter. Activate phones and take money. Talked to 6 people who could not activate the phone, spent hours on the line of my working non verizon phone, and this is over 4 days. All customer service reps promised to get it working, promised to call me back, and promised to escalte to a higher person. No resolution, no call backs, phone is still just a paper weight. Very disappointed with a big name company. There is zero support, no one cares, they don't care to fix your issues. Even the most basic issue was never resolved.
Recommendation: Go with a Mint, Visible, Consumer. They might not have as many CSR's but Verizon CSR's are worthless.
