Vons review: customer service

I was recently shopping at Von's and heard a cashier at an adjacent register speaking belligerently to another employee, who was visibly upset. I overheard the conversation and found out by other employees that this cashier is known for belittling other co-workers, especially the clerk at her aisle. There is absolutely no need for this display of behavior towards others, especially co-workers, in a public setting. The nametag of the cashier is Maria, and her conduct is completely unacceptable and she should be spoken to about it. This paints a bad image for Vons and is embarrassing for me to witness. Shame on the management at Vons should they allow this to continue!
