The latest incident was on 04/23/2026.
Went to pickup prescription after verified they had it. Told do not have prescription. Call provider, they send again. Clerk told me to come back in one hour. Go back in one hour, told they don't have prescription.
We start all over again from square one.
This is not the first time this happened. Total inefficient and no customer service. To top it all off, they are not even polite or apologetic.
Desired outcome: Please reply. Fix the problem in your pharmacy.
