Walgreens review: Very poor service

My doctor sent a request for a standard antibiotic late this past Friday morning. As of Sunday morning at 10:15 am, is was still not ready to pick up. I called the automated number, (the only way you can get to Walgreens), and chose to wait instead of having them call me back.(They Never call back). My four minute wait turned into 15 minutes, but finally, I got a man who sounded like he was stoned. In the middle of giving him my information, the automated female voice came on and said she was connecting me to the pharmacy. The next voice I heard was an automated voice, saying, I'm sorry, but all our pharmacists are talking to other customers. I cancelled the prescription, and told my doctor to send a new script to Walmart. Never again!
