Walgreens review: unethical behavior

What amazes me is that my doctor changed my script order from one dexilant per day to two I was suppose to be able to pick this medication up on the 5th of april was told to go ahead and take it twice daily because insurance companies dont usually lie and that it would be able to be refilled on the 5th what a crook of ****. I go this evening to pick it up and of course it was not ready they are saying it had not been approved by the insurance company yet I was told when I dropped the paper script off that they would have the pre authorization done I requested my original paper script tonight & of course I didnt recieve it but as usual they were blowing some more smoke Here is what is hard to swallow they cant get you the meds you need but can refill and charge your insurance company for meds your not taking anylonger . Nor can they get you your meds in a timely manner My medications alone run anywhere from $3000`$5000 per month possibly more that does not include any other family member s medication I think Walgreens believes they are the only game in town maybe people should switch over to cvs Im certain they can get your scripts done in a timely matter and It is probably safe to say they wont be auto refilling medications you are not requesting and are no longer taking .
