On 4/25/2019 I accepted a delivery order at this location; I work for Postmate s and deliver groceries via WalMart's Online Ordering system and the Postmate delivery service. I spent 147 minutes waiting for my groceries at this store; during the time I was waiting I spoke with 2 separate associates face-to-face, and 3 people via the customer service line, trying to find out what was going on. Not once did any staff communicate why it was taking so long to bring the groceries out, or approximately when the groceries would come out. The Online Pickup stalls were full (8 stalls) and there were other online shoppers parking elsewhere to retrieve their orders. Once people started getting their groceries, they were refunded their entire grocery bill. No one waited as long as I did, my order took the longest to bring out; but because I work for Postmates, and "It's not in the contract to compensate drivers" I was not offered anything in the way of compensation for my time. Apparently Postmates drivers are less than everyone else. I will never go to this WalMart again, based solely on this horrible 147 minute experience. Did I mention I waited in the hot Las Vegas heat for 147 minutes for these children to figure out how to pack groceries?!
