I was behind in payments and contacted customer service. I paid 400 on July 9th and the remainder of 169 on the 16th. On the 20th they repossessed the car with it being current! I have had no transportation to get to work and have lost money as a result. There has been no response from Wells Fargo to my requests. This is crazy and completely wrong to do to your customers. I now have to wait til Monday. This is not ok!
