WestJet Airlines
I traveled from San Fransico, CA to Kelowna, BC with "Premium" tickets. I was given both boarding pass in San Francisco and there was no seat assigned for flight Calgary, AB to Kelowna, BC.
I was assigned seat 3D for flight San Francisco to Calgary, AB and was provided food and drink. But I had to go to gate desk in Calgary, AB to ask for a seat assignment for flight 3163. They assigned me seat 11D, which I stated to them that was not premium and they told me I would have to call Westjet. Are they not Westjet? Then I was boarded as Zone 3 and was not offer any food? I paid extra for "Premium" so why was I treated like I was nothing and even if I was economy, you would think I would have been treated better.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the non-premium seat and no food that I paid for.
