Nicole is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't hire her for even a position at McDonald's. She has not one professional bone in her body and has no idea what customer service means. She argues with residents as if us paying the rent is transferred into her personal account. Her opinions of things shouldn't be brought up when speaking about contracts, leases or rent.
