but they keep calling me about some bill I supposedly owe. I don't know what they're talking about and they're not very helpful when I try to ask questions. I looked up C.Tech Collections, Inc. online and found their website. It's pretty basic but at least they have some information about what they do. I don't know if they're legit or not, but I guess I'll find out if they keep calling me.

This company is terrible to deal with. I wasn't told about the mini Miranda by the "agent" I talked to. I wasn't told that my call was being recorded. I asked if there was a way to settle and she got rude with me saying "I don't know why people think that when an account is in collections there is a settlement". I told her that I know because I work in collections too and was just asking again. She got rude and said "wow okay". Very unprofessional way to talk to someone who's just asking a question. I ended the call telling her that if this is how they run their collections firm, it needs work. Complete fdcpa violation and tcpa.
