On 5/4 I paid ***'s Business network $*** and an additional $275 on 5/7 for to provide credentialing services with 8 insurances plus medicaid. As far as I can tell, after multiple emails and phone calls, they provided the agreed upon service for Medicaid and for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I would like a *** of *** for the other 7 insurances they did not provide

We are a startup Physical Therapy that hire Doctor Business Network to do the credential with insurance company . After 3 to 4 months of waiting we started calling them and follow up and checking out the status, they gave us run around answers and that point they lost our trust. We started calling one by one to insurance provider and notice Doctors Business networks credential team drop the ball and our forms wasn't set up properly and too many mistakes. We ended up taking care of the forms ourselves. Date of transaction: 11/01 We paid them $***. We are requesting them to refund us they didn't deliver their promise. They cost us some much money that not having insurance company on the board,.

In June, My *** Place paid Doctor Business Network to handle their credentialing needs. We were billed and paid to receive paneling from the following insurance companies: ***- application and process completed ***- application and process completed ***- application and process completed ***-application and process completed *** The following applications were not worked on by Doctor Business Network. We have not received our credentialing paneling. *** Its been over a year. I have reached out to Dr. Business Network over 8 times requesting an update. I have always received an excuse from either *** and at many times, no response at all. None of the last three applications have been pursued. I have asked three times for a refund to no avail. Regarding a refund, all my attempts and requests have been ignored. I have a lot of supporting documentation.

Hello a while back I put in a complaint about a company named *** medical credentialing.. they pose as a medical credentialing company that helps physicians get credentialed with insurance companies., they took my money and I never heard from them or got my Money back . Now I was looking for a new company to help me it's months later I go online and I see a company called *** turned out I file out a application and it ask for all my personal information like social , drivers license etc, than a lady calls me sounding very unprofessional and I realize something is not right I go on linked in and *** and I find out that *** is being ran by the same man *** and he has a nerve to have book companies together on linked in.. they sent me a invoice for the same amount they told from me last time which was *** I called and let them know that I knew they were doin fraud and I was gonna to report them. Please help assist me to stop them from scamming ppl on internet with this fake business where they take peoples money and disappear then start a new company under a new name . It's Fraud and I'm also reporting to the *** they try to use my soicial or *** or credit Product_Or_Service: 12/16

DBN has not submitted any receipt or invoice for paid services from 10/29. Product has not been delivered. I hired DBN in 9 to assist with insurance credentialing for my business. DBN has not submitted any receipt or invoice for paid services from 10/29 2019 in the amount of $169 for 1 panel (my credit union credit card over phone from my business account). Additionally, I was told I was 'almost' contracted with Medicare by sales rep *** and that the paperwork was submitted 'months ago.' However, Medicare informs me nothing was ever submitted and this has been 7-8 months. I also requested that DBN also get me on the Mental Health Network Panel. However, MHN informs me they also do not have any paperwork from DBN. I had requested also to be placed onto 2 EAP panels, Sutter EAP and Modern Health EAP. But because I never got confirmation that these 2 were started, I pulled business from DBN of the EAP, leaving them only with the insurance panels. To date, I am not on any panels yet from DBN and only one application was started 1 month ago (Optum). All of these delays predate COVID-19. Recently, I have been reaching out multiple times and have gotten no response. I have made the decision to pull business from MHN and to finish the Optum application myself. This leaves them with Medicare only.
