Facebook deceptive fraudulent practices selling mattresses

We live in a rural area in AZ Parker, AZ. This company was advertising on Facebook Garage Sales that they were going to be in town on May 11 our daughter called me to tell me as she knew we needed a new mattress. They advertised that they were selling new name brand mattresses for low prices. We called and told them we needed an orthopedic bed and they said no problem they had a very good one for $749.00 plus tax and removal of old mattress for a total of $841.04. Well they came with it the next day we paid in cash I asked for a receipt and the man (Phil) said he was all out but wrote up a receipt on a piece of paper and put their address as 4345 Hwy 95, Mohave, AZ. and within a week my partner was unable to get out of it. It sinks to the running board of the bed. We have been scammed. I called immediately [protected] asking for them to come and pick up the bed and return our money. They said they we would look into but we never heard from them again. I was embarrassed that we would fall for this. My daughter-in-law was visiting over Memorial Weekend and I finally told her and she called them immediately. They answered and said they would get back to her in 2 hours. We haven't heard back and have called several times and messengered them on Facebook and text messaged no response. I posted on their Facebook page to call me but they just deleted my posts. They have now removed all reference to their names (Phil Rebeaud and Debbie). He even deleted his Facebook page. They are still advertising their phone number.

Facebook winnings

There are two people who say they are Agents of pch and I'd like to know if it's true. The two names are Debra Washington and Scott Williams. I've paid $300 to both of them, well to addresses they have given me and got nothing. I'd like to know if a winner have to pay a fee to get their winnings? One of them text me through my phone and the other through messenger via Facebook.

Why in the world would you send money to someone you don’t know. And if you sent money to pch, because they said you’re a winner, but send money to get your winnings, you are way to gullible! I’m sorry...you must be pretty young, because this is one of the oldest scams ever! Most people know...you DO NOT have to pay..to see winners. Beware...because you may get a phone call someday..this scam says you have won a trip to Disney world..but it will cost you 300$..to get tickets and all your stuff for this vacation. DONT fall for this either! Never pay for information!

Facebook unethical behavior/unfinished work despite collecting all money

I had this Stephen Houser from Houser Designs come to my place to do some work and although he collected all of the money, he moved (without telling me) and did not finish the project, as well as leaving the wood material from the first part of the project on the ground. When initially contacting him, he said on multiple occasions that an employee that is still working for him would come and finish the project, however, that individual has not been seen yet. I asked for a direct number of this mystery individual several times and was denied. I simply asked for a $200 reimbursement for the portion of the $1300 project he did not finish that I already paid (I received numerous quotes above $400 for the work that still needs to be completed) and he said no and stopped replying to me. So now I have to figure out a way to get this finished while dealing with some pretty intensive health issues that require a walker/wheelchair and working with the association on a new time line before being charged (which Stephen if fully aware of).

Facebook bamboo mattress

I purchased a 'new' mattress about 4 months ago from Mountain High Mattress in Flagstaff, AZ. I paid over $500 for the mattress and the box spring.
About a month ago I noticed that the mattress is caving in on the site I sleep on. Also, there are no tags at all on the mattress. I am unable to turn the mattress over because the other side has hard springs. I feel I have been scammed. I don't believe this is a new mattress at all.
I had back surgery January, 10 2028 and needed the new mattress.. I saved my money for 6 months to purchase it.

This company will not even reply to my texts or calls. I requested a 'bamboo' mattress because I am unable to tolerate the chemicals in most mattresses. I can place a ball on the mattress and it literally rolls down hill.

I want to request a full refund from this company as I believe them to fraudulent and not trustworthy.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Marie Snow

Facebook advert feed scam

Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe I have been scammed out of approximately £84, due to following up an advert, which appeared on my Facebook page, for a website selling Fuji cameras.

The website is as follows:

sthalele.store/page_3.html

As Facebook is your domain, and you manage this, I don't choose which adverts for companies are shown, I would like you to follow this through, and reimburse me payments which I made for purchases from this advertised website. I can produce bank statements to show payments made to this scam website.

Looking forward to your support and reply.

Kind Regards

Patrick

Facebook possible scam

A friend, Roxanne Ellis, supposedly messaged me today, excited that she was a winner in some Facebook Promo. She gave me an email, [protected]@gmail.com, to see if I was on the list too. I contacted the email but there are some inconsistencies in the response, and I suspect this is a fraud scheme. They have my facebook name and an email (not the email I use for facebook), and I am afraid they will try to hack or impersonate my account. Please advise asap. Waldo Liccardi

Facebook 11:11 psychics [protected] siobhan moore whelan - 5 star review amazing psychic

Psychic clairvoyant siobhan moore whelan - review 5 stars
Thank you for the wonderful and beautiful reading you gave me today. I am very comforted and no longer in pain. I am at peace and it is thanks to you siobhan for your time and beautiful kind words.

I have been waiting for the right time and for a very long time for a reading with someone with such a gift. I am very sceptical with such things but needed to know once and for all if I was being heard by loved ones...

I rang her number and I told her nothing and was very guarded. What she told me was eerily accurate... names, places, occasions in my life about my daughter, my partner, my future. She told me things personal only to me and my loved ones.

After siobhans reeading i left feeling loved, comforted and not a doubting Thomas... They are all listening and guiding me 24/7.

:) Thanks alot chicken. You are one in a million a real true psychic.

Facebook Censorship

My 1st a rights of free speech have been run over by facebook's censorship policy wherein when I post truth, facebook perceives it as hate when in reality it seems facebook hates truths, do u not? Main problem is fb does not recognize why there is an agenda to achieve gun control, for that is what nazis germany achieved by 1935 wherein all guns were confiscated w/n germany so jews could not defend themselves when ordered by albanian muslim ss guards to go on board death trains> why'd fb diss this complete truth? Do u not realize the reason for school massacres is an unintended consequence of congress 1990 law "gun-free-school-zone act", since most school massacres occurred after that law was passed? Duh> columbine massacre was during clinton adm shortly after 1990 law passed wake up ppl, our republic (the word "democracy" is not mentioned in us constitution) is being threatened as deep state disolves usa

On my Facebook page I have commented on the blatant censorship going on with 'fact checkers' who have been attacking "climate change deniers" in their videos and blogs, all of whom are qualified climate and weather academics. A 'fact check' warning is posted across the heading of the video, blog or article, denying the truth of what the videos is saying. Facebook and YouTube must put a stop to this attempt at censorship.

Facebook pyramid scammer

One should investigate this crazy lunatic named Jerico Ignacio Que.
He has pastors by his side to make it appear that his scheme is legit. Though it appears a small timer, he frequents the night clubs in Quezon City, flaunting cash and turning in no less than two bargirls for the night.
The wife is a pastor's daughter but lives a grand life, unassuming of where the money comes from.
There were many complaints raised on I-core's facebook page and their website (now gone). Apparently due to the number of complaints that were incidentally posted publicly, they took down their website: http://www.icore08.com/.
A big time scammer this Mr. Que is.

Facebook building works

This is a warning to ANYONE who considers employing DEAN GEE to do ANY work. This guy is the biggest scum of the earth and will RIP YOU OFF!

DO NOT trust him or anyone who recommends him as they are probably in on his scam.

Some facts.

- Has 2 court cases (known) against him
- Owes $18, 000 in both these court cases
- 1 of these cases involves taking a $3, 500 deposit from retirees and doing a runner.
- Has cancelled his ABN [protected]) and ACN [protected])
- Did not communicate with Consumer Affairs, VCAT and has not turned up to Magistrate's Court for any hearings

Part of this 'experience' was getting a building inspection done for VCAT. Nearly everything Dean did was defective.

It seems Dean Gee has scammed several people over time. Hopefully this helps warn people of the scum bag he is and to look elsewhere.

So DO NOT use him for ANY work as he WILL rip you off and whatever he does will be no good anyway.

Facebook products not received in months.

We ordered two Anti-Bark products for dogs from a company advertised on Face book.
The company's name is BOULEVARD 92.
We ordered the first one on Jan. 22 order no. 266767 and received a receipt for payment and a notification that it would arrive in less that 4 weeks. As we are now in the middle of March and have not received the product nor any notification from them, we are reporting them to you.
The second was the similar product a few weeks later on Feb. 8 order no. 308705 with the same result.
Am in the process of contacting the company but feel it should be canceled from Facebook as they are extremely unreliable with deliveries.

Hi, Ray. I'd first like to let you know that I hold no association with Facebook. However, in an attempt to offer you some help, I'd like to offer you some potentially useful information. The majority of online purchasing of electronic credits or currencies for an online game tends to be an exploited form of theft when someones card credentials are obtained. If you've tried using your card for multiple types of games and all have been declined, it is likely that the company your card is provided by is declining the transaction. A lot of credit card companies and banks do now allow online purchased of game "tokens". I know offhand that Discover usually does not allow such purchases. You should either try a different payment method or contact your card provider to inquire if they do not permit online purchases of game currencies, or if there is a 2nd form of verification required for the purchase. Since you didn't provide any more information in your complaint, this is the extent of help I can offer at the moment. Good luck with your games and I hope your mental health problems become easier to cope with.

Facebook hp deskjet 2652

Your printer is in an error state!
This is my second hp 2652. What a sucker I am to have bought two of them.
Neither of them work. I had an hp printer I bought 4 years ago and it was the best printer i've ever had. That's why, when it finally died after years of service with no problems whatsoever, I sought out and bought another hp printer. This printer has been nothing but headaches. Paper jams, and endless printing of the registration page, requiring me to scan it every time I want to print anything, every time! Even accusing me of stealing printer cartridges and locking up the printer because of it. I buy all my cartridges from wal mart. They are not stolen. Now with this error state, it has locked up both printers I had, including the new one fresh out of the box. I earn money with my computer and its useless. I'm losing money now because of hp. I will buy some other manufacturers printer, but definitely not hp again. I have lost at least 100 hours of my limited time screwing around trying to print with your products

Facebook telling me you "uncluttered" in my groups.

I was shocked to see you have decided to take it upon yourselves to remove some posts which YOU considered "clutter". This is NOT your decision to do and have me reset my settings to the former one. It's solely "My business" which I choose to handle in my own way.. if any.

Please get "your nose out of my business".

There is enough interference in our lives and do not need yet another source to add to our personal decision making and right to do so.

Please re-think and remove any further notifications of this kind.;

Thank you.

Facebook continued fb suspensions on chris l. lotto

Chris Lotto has many many supporters. He posts statement and comments some political some just jokes. He has been continually harassed by FB staff and they say someone complains... no not when (FB) they go back to feeds from 2012 to complain... that is beyond the pale and also something that Mr. Lotto is not aware of to fix. ARE you suspending him for political reasons? Most of his posts are far better that many I do see on FB that are vie and gross. Please bring MR. Chris Lotto Back and quit harassing his profile. It is quite mild compared to others.

Man do I have a tell to weave for you. I will shorten it.

I am on my 10th account I know gasp in horror.
I lost my first account that was 10 years old due to me saying a joke was funny and 200 people mass flagged me gave me death threats etc for saying it. People do say give your ID and you will be let back in that does not work (not for me).

I have dealt with facebooks system a lot a looot and I know a lot about it now.

I lost one of my accounts (ID not working) due to an octopus on a man being reported not even kidding.

My most recent events have irked me the most. I made a joke at ISIS expense nothing bad you know that sheep meme meanwhile at an ISIS strip club I shared it 30 days banned. A few minutes ago I called someone stupid due to us debating he had no evidence and then he contacted me said you blocked me I win when he blocked me I have the evidence for it. 30 days banned.

Now here is the kicker in all of my accounts throughout all of this time I have gotten death threats, people threatening to rape my kid, people threatening to come to my house etc guess what facebook says about this not in violation of the rules. Welcome to facebook guys, oh and they will watch your PMs once you get on their naughty list and ban you for sharing something with your friends they do not like. I know it was not my friend reporting me it legit banned me as soon as I mashed enter she never got to see it and she had no clue what happened to me.

Yes, I do make alt accounts for this nonsense at this point but this is [censored]. If death threats, threats of physical violence etc is not in violation of the rules then me calling someone stupid on the other hand will get me banned.

Here is what I said verbatim. It is in one of the pics.

I wrote this for those watching the debate and shared the evidence so they would know in fact that it was not me.
I say go to minds(dot)com if you can.

If you wondering yeah I have a crap ton of screenshots over the years proving facebooks stupidity. Some are provided but I have way more than this. They are just in a pile of other screenshots and are hard to find.

If you want to know the lowest thing you can be reported for. I dug into facebooks reporting system you can be reported if someone finds something not interesting seriously.

One side note: Facebook has a system that marks your comments as spam after every so many comment you make within a time span and if you continue to comment they will log you out of your account and force you to change your password.

They're on me like stink-on-[censor] too. But, because I have a following, am pro-black, and speak my mind freely. For no reasons they're giving at all, they keep limiting my access to groups. I guess they're having fun selectively discriminating against people. I've complained about others, and they tell me they didn't go against standards. Putting a KKK rally pic in my inbox (and all the moderators) because I discovered him hiding in my group and questioned him? If someone complains about me, instant group-jail. Before their new toy, they would just cripple my group(s). Not disable them, but cripple them so we couldn't see all the posts. Then, when I got out of that thing, for no reason at all, they put me back within hours of letting me out. So, nobody was complaining about nothing at the time. They have done this over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and now Valentine's Day! They are purposefully being disruptive, discriminatory, and using selective standards for anything at all. Because of my politics, my being radical, and someone not liking something. I can't stand f__kerbook. If I didn't mentor so many internationals, I'd sure enough leave; they're stupid.. I won't pay them anything for my pages, either ... which they constantly send me notifications for. I tried to stop that, too, but they conveniently keep enabling that functionality again. That CEO and COO are full of it during press conferences. Telling the reporters that they care about their over 2 billion users. NO THEY DON'T! They're just trying to suck more in, because the internet isn't regulated. When I found out what had to be done to get that to happen, it was a nightmare on Elm Street. What does congress care? They only care to keep their incomes going, and are letting the U.S. go to hell quick and in a hurry. I've been documenting everything, too, but don't care to put everything in this comment. I will make a post of my own. Good luck with these fools ... they're on a serious power-trip and think they are Gods, because government agencies no longer care about splitting up monopolies like these. It's all about business $$$$$$ ... they're not fooling anybody. They don't care about users, but like to play games and drive "certain" people nuts!

10 Reasons Why You Should NOT Use Young Living Essential Oils

While we are very happy with the health and wellness benefits we're seeing from our Young Living essential oils, these oils are NOT for everyone. There are some reasons why you should NEVER use Young Living's essential oils.

You should NEVER use Young Living essential oils if….

1. You want to hang on tightly to ALL THE STRESS of your day.
Do you truly enjoy the everyday stress that life can throw your way? If so, you don't want to let that go, right!? You'll want to avoid Frankincense, Lavender, Stress Away… any of the oils that help combat everyday stress.

2. You love the smell of stinky tennis shoes.
Do you wish someone would bottle that musty gym bag smell? Or maybe you prefer the aroma burned popcorn or laundry that's been left wet in the washer for several days. Well, you certainly won't want to allow Purification oil into your home. You don't want anything that actually eliminates odors rather than covering them up!

3. You don't enjoy healthy-looking skin.
If healthy-looking skin irritates you, you should probably ban Frankincense from your house too. You wouldn't want it sneaking in to keep your skin smooth and healthy-looking.

4. You would rather stare at the ceiling than sleep restfully at night.
Adding some Lavender or Stress Away essential oil to a diffuser at night may help you with more restful sleep. You may find your ceiling-staring time becomes very limited. So beware if you prefer the ceiling.

5. You don't want to feel your best.
If feeling your best is highly over-rated in your book, then Young Living is not for you. Young Living is all about vibrant wellness. People who begin swapping out their old toxic products for all-natural products from Young Living often find that they have more energy and feel better.

6. You enjoy stomach discomfort.
If supporting normal digestion isn't your cup of tea, then definitely avoid Peppermint Vitality and DiGize Vitality oils. They won't help you hang onto that stomach discomfort!

7. You want your muscles to stay sore after you exercise.
You prefer to remember that workout with each move you make, right? If you don't want to soothe those muscles after exercise (or even after a long car trip or sitting in meetings!), then avoid PanAway for sure.

8. You don't want to support your immune system.
You prefer to let your immune system fend for itself rather than giving it the tools it needs to work well. If this is your mission, definitely avoid Thieves Vitality oil.

9. You prefer products filled with synthetic ingredients.
If the thought of those man-made, hard-to-pronounce ingredients makes your heart skip a beat, you definitely won't want to go near Young Living essential oils. Young Living's Seed to Seal purity guarantee is designed to keep harmful ingredients out. So that's totally going to mess up your plan for indulging in preservatives, synthetics, and other toxic substances.

10. You adore paying full price!
If you wouldn't dream of getting the most for your money, don't bother with Young Living's wholesale account option. You wouldn't want the 24% discount, right? You probably prefer things with strings attached, so a Young Living membership (with no strings!) isn't for you.

I'm assuming that this is NOT your wish list. If you actually prefer the opposite of that list above, Young Living probably IS for you. We've spent the past few years enjoying more restful sleep, more days filled with wellness, removing harmful products from our home, and so much more. It's been a lifestyle shift for us, and I wouldn't ever want to go back.

Once you get started, I think you'll find FAR more than 10 reasons why everyone SHOULD be using Young Living essential oils.
