I purchased my tickets through LYTE using their STEP. After getting into a camp, the leader suggested returning the tickets to LYTE. When I tried there was no option for that. I contacted LYTE's support, and they said yes return them using the following instructions. When I tried, the options they said to use, where not available. I responded and told them I don't have those options and sent screen shots. They said oh, your tickets are not eligible to be refunded. BM org says they are. Lyte told me to talk with BM. BM said yes and gave me the same instructions LYTE gave me. Again, I don't' have those options when I log into LYTE. I sent screen shots, I eventually called BMorg, and they said LYTE owns the tickets and system, take it up with them.

I returned to LYTE"s customer service and was told, sorry your ineligible to return the tickets. I asked if they could separate my tickets so I could try and sell them individually, and no response. I asked if they could verify I had them listed in their STEP system correctly but no response, they can't seem to read the full email and answer the questions asked. Highly frustrated with LYTE"s customer service. The STEP system is confusing and difficult to navigate. I have asked clarifying questions such as, If I list them on step, can I still use a private sale link, or does one cancel the other. I.E. Can they be in STEP waiting for a buyer, and I have a private sale link? Or does the link, cancel out the step wait line?

Lyte is a ticketing company handling ticketing and refunds for the Life is Beautiful music festival. I sold my tickets via their platform, which is the official partner of Life is Beautiful. I was promised to receive my refund on September 20th. To date, that has not happened. There is no way to contact them by telephone; only email and social media message. I have reached out via email and social media multiple times and their only response is that they are "working on it." They are holding onto money that is due to me and it is now 4 weeks past their promiseed date.

Many months ago I agreed to be placed on a waiting list for the Cruel World Festival which is going to take place in ***, *** on May 14th. It was my understanding that I'd be placed on a waiting list for these tickets and prompeted given the option to pay for them if tickets became available. On November 17th my card was charged $718 for two general admission tickets. Those same tickets are being sold by Lyte now for $159 - $179 per ticket depending upon the date of purchase. Lyte is saying that "demand was high when I requested these tickets" so I'm on the hook for this charge. This is a fraudulent way for this company to deceive customers and charge them an exorbitant amount for tickets. I want my money back and their only option is for me to re-list the tickets for sale with them and they may potentially buy them back if demand is high enough. Well, tickets are still available for $179 so clearly there is no demand for tickets at $359. This is such a scam and this company needs to be called out for this deceptive practice.
