Shame on me for believing that the product I would receive would be the product that was advertised, at such a great price. I ordered a total of three kits and all of them are horrible. I wish we could leave images with our reviews here so I could show prospective customers how awful the product is and how vastly different it is than what is advertised on their website.

The images advertised on their website are high quality, high detail/resolution and gorgeous. The pictures that I got to paint look like a watered down photocopy of this picture with no intricate detail whatsoever, like all the illustration is almost deconstructed, looks incredibly blurry. It's ridiculous.

In some cases it's hard to even make out what the shapes in the image are supposed to be. It's an absolute disgrace. It's false advertising and it's bait and switch. They of course don't allow customers to leave reviews for their products, more than likely because they know their products are garbage. I do intend on leaving this review on every other site I can find to review numeralpaint.com.

Do NOT make the same mistake that I did. Find a higher quality paint by number retailer!

And to numeralpaint.com: either make the product you sell match the listing or make the listing match the product that you sell. It's called truth in advertising, take a lesson in it.

The only reason I ordered from them is because they have one of the biggest custom canvas available.

God, big mistake!

I ordered it almost 3 moths ago. It took about 2 months to arrive and that is most likely because I asked them via email what on earth is taking so long.

Regardless of the delay I could not wait to get it and start working on it, however when it arrived I was even more disappointed:

1. The canvas quality was lower than the other websites I previously ordered from

2. The paints numbers were 70% unreadable because of poor printing, they send stickers to number them however they do not send multiple copies of the same number meaning some of the paint will not have a number and you would keep having to double check which is which.

3. I choose the biggest canvas and the amount of paint they sent is most likely suitable for one of their much smaller canvas

I reached out to them about a month ago when I received the product and asked either for correct paint or a refund and they said they will send the correct paint.

The paint never came and I emailed them yet again asking either for the paint or a refund.

I can’t believe I wasted money and so much energy on something that is supposed to be relaxing..

This thing still ain't showed up yet, man. It's been over a month! I been trying to stay in touch with the company, but they just bugging. Finally said I could get some of my money back, but they only offered me 30% for something that never even got delivered. And I can't even figure out where my package is at since there ain't no contact info on the shipping updates. Straight up ridiculous. Ain't no way I'm buying from these guys again.

I gotta be real with y'all, my experience with Numeral Paint was not good at all. I was pretty excited to try out their paint-by-number kits and make some cool art to hang up in my apartment, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned. They kept saying they sent me an invoice for the new paint I wanted to order, but I never got it. I even asked them to send it to a different email address just in case, and still nothing.

Honestly, it's been over a month and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. It's frustrating because I really did want to finish the project, but at this point I'm not sure if it's even worth it. Their customer service is just so bad that I don't want to deal with them anymore. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone else. It's a shame, because their paint-by-number kits seemed like a good idea, but the execution was just really poor.

numeralpaint.com is a place I tried for my recent paint by number project. I saw some pictures online from their site and I was impressed. Therefore, I decided to order some paint by number sets from them. Today I received my package which contained four canvases with some markings on them, rolled up together with four packets of paints and brushes which looked like they were purchased from a cheap shop.

Although I wasn't disappointed with the time it took to get my package, the overall packaging of the product was quite unimpressive. There was no proper packaging, and the colors in the packets and brushes were all mixed up and in a jumbled mess, which was not at all pleasing to the eye.

When I saw the 'before and after' pictures of the paint by numbers on their website, I was really excited to try this hobby. However, when I received my package from numeralpaint.com, I felt I had been cheated because of the low-quality product I received.

I had paid a premium for them, and I thought that I would be getting a genuine product of quality. However, I was deeply saddened that instead, I received a cheap product for a high price.

Overall, I don’t think the service from numeralpaint.com was up to the mark. Even though I was excited to try their paint by number sets, the poorly packaged product with low-grade paints and brushes left me feeling really disappointed.

I tried responding to the email and was in the process of re-uploading the images when I received a text notification that my orders had been canceled. This took me aback as I was still actively trying to upload the images. At this point, I felt that I had been scammed out of $10 for absolutely nothing.

In conclusion, my experience with Numeral Paint was not a good one. The communication between the website and customer service was confusing, and the policy of charging customers for canceled orders due to the company's mistake seems unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service.

Listen up folks! This Numeral Paint company is not worth your time or money! I tried to set up an order and added some items to my basket. But before I even hit the confirm button, I changed my mind and cancelled the transaction. To my surprise, these scammers still charged me for the order I cancelled. Can you believe it?

I was infuriated and sent them an email within minutes of their order confirmation email, explaining the situation and demanding my money back. Eventually, they refunded my money but took away an additional 5 bucks as a service fee! What kind of nonsense is that? It's like they're robbing me of my own hard-earned cash.

I strongly advise you to steer clear of Numeral Paint. The customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their clients one bit. I'm spreading the word on multiple social media platforms so that no one else has to go through the same ordeal as me. Stay away from Numeral Paint, folks!

I wan'na leav'a review for Numeral Paint. I order'd two framed canvases, some extra brushes and was in need'a magnifyin' light too. Dat was mid December and I got my hands on'a stuff at the end of Janurary. Can ya believe dat? To make it worse, the magnafying light was made out'a cheap plastic. And,on top of dat, it didn't even functionate. I asked'em to give me a refund, but they said they'd replace it instead. So, it took a whole month for me to get'a new one. Wann'a know why? Coz everything is from China, ya know? It's really cheap quality stuff. Da paint doesn't cover the numbers on da canvas properly too. I spent over $140 on'a junk.

I gotta tell, you guyz, I'm really disappointed with'em. I suggest ya to switch ta MASTERPIECE BY NUMBER. I had ordered from'em before and it was all smooth. I just wanted to try out some new stuff, so I went for dis Numeral Paint. Man, I regret it now.

If ya want to save some bucks, don't even think of takin' a risk with'em.

Numeral Paint seems to be a decent website to order painting supplies, but I did have a few issues with it. One of the main issues is that they do not display an actual picture of the finished painting which makes it difficult to envision what it will look like. Additionally, it can be very challenging to print out the design from the site making it impossible to reference while painting. Luckily, I have found other sites that provide this feature which helps.

Navigating the website was also a hassle because the categories are very general making it difficult to find specific canvases. I had to spend hours searching for one canvas alone which can be pretty frustrating, to say the least.

Regarding the quality of the paint, I am yet to begin the painting process. However, I did notice that the brushes provided with the kit are not of high quality and might need replacement. Nevertheless, I suggest potential buyers buy professional brushes that are of better quality since they are not that expensive.

On a positive note, the canvas arrived in good order, which I am happy about. I do believe that Numeral Paint could fix these minor irritations to provide a more enjoyable and seamless experience for customers. Overall, I would not buy from the website again.

To be totally honest, I had a bit of a rough time with Numeral Paint. It took a full three weeks to get my order to Atlanta, only for it to get caught up at USPS for ten working days. When I reached out to customer service, it was either disconnected or rang for five whole minutes without anyone picking up. Super frustrating!

But you know what? Four days after I wrote that initial review, my package finally arrived. And I have to say, the canvas is of pretty good quality. The downside is that they only provide a minimum amount of paint, so you might want to be extra careful not to run out. And let me tell you, that paint dries crazy fast. You'll definitely need to thin it out a bit. Overall, I'd give the paint quality a solid 4 out of 10.

As for the brushes, you pretty much get what you'd expect from a kit like this. They'll get the job done, but don't expect them to last forever. Just keep that in mind.

All in all, it took 33 days from the time I placed my order to when it finally arrived at my doorstep (and that includes Thanksgiving weekend). A big chunk of that delay was due to USPS losing my package, but still, I'd recommend allowing at least 4-5 weeks for delivery.

Now, something positive - they've got a really great selection of paintings to choose from! That said, I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again. The whole experience was just a bit too frustrating for me. But hey, you might have a better time than I did.

Yo, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with Numeral Paint. So I got my mom one of their paint by number kits for Christmas last year and lemme tell ya, it was a total disaster. She had already finished one and started on another for her friend, but then finally got around to starting this new one from Numeral Paint. And guess what? Every single paint was bone dry. Like, what the heck? I ain't no expert, but if ya seal the paint right it shouldn't dry out, right?

The thing is, I got plenty of cheap paints that last for YEARS without any issue. But this paint from Numeral Paint is cheap as heck and the packaging is even cheaper. Plus, the paints aren't even labeled properly and they expect the customer to label 'em themselves. And let me tell ya, those stickers they provide don't stick worth a dang. It's ridiculous, man.

Oh and get this, when I looked at the packaging for an email to complain and ask for a refund or something, there was just a huge blank space where their email should be. Like, are you kidding me? So I finally found their email and sent a message while the kit was still shipping to me. It took way longer than I expected, so I asked what the heck was going on. They gave me some nonsense about how COVID was affecting shipping times and I was like, "Okay, sure, but what about the dry paint issue?" And they just brushed me off like it wasn't a big deal.

Then I found out that I would have to repurchase the entire kit or "look at a local craft store" for matching paints. Are you freaking kidding me? I called to complain and they told me I could just buy the paints for eight bucks. Cool, I was like, that's not so bad. But then they never sent the invoice, even after I confirmed my email address. So I called again and they were like, "Oh, it's so weird that you didn't get it the first time!" Um, yeah, sure. That's not shady at all.

I'm super ticked off at this point and I cannot believe how awful this company is. They clearly just want more money and don't care at all about their customers. I'm so embarrassed that I trusted them with my information and my money. Folks, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM NUMERAL PAINT. Seriously, go to Michael's or something instead. Their paint by numbers kits are way better and you won't be scammed.

I gotta say, numeralpaint.com is definitely not the business for me. They gave me such a hard time right from the get-go that I would absolutely rate them negative stars if I could. And truth be told, I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but in this case, I just had to. I mean, come on, I think most people would feel the same way if they went through what I went through.

So, let me tell you what happened. First off, I never even confirmed my order because I just couldn't handle all the darn ads I had to click through to get there. I mean, really? Three different pages of ads? Ain't nobody got time for that! But then I saw that they charged me anyways, and I was like, "uhh, hold up." So, I sent an email to cancel my order, and they said okay but that they'd charge me 5 bucks cuz the artist had already started working on it. But like, how is that even possible? I swear I canceled my order before they started working on it. I asked them to explain themselves, but they never did. Plus, they said they'd issue a refund, but I didn't see anything 7 days later.

So, I emailed them again, and that's when they told me the cancellation never went through and that they shipped my order by accident. They even offered me a 30% refund and said I could keep the stuff I never even wanted in the first place. Like, thanks for nothing! They were nice in their emails, sure, but that doesn't make up for the fact that their business is all messed up, if you know what I mean.

Look, I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that numeralpaint.com is making me pay for their mistakes, and they think they're doing me a favor. Like, no way, José. I'm gonna fight back and dispute this charge with my bank because this company doesn't know what it's doing. Unless their goal is to straight-up rob their customers, which is not cool, in my humble opinion.

Artwork from Numeral Paint ain't good for us - they just nawt right. I think they are takin' it from small creators and ain't even gettin' permission. And guess what? Them small creators ain't gettin' a penny from any of it. It ain't fair to them, they already strugglin'. So if you thinkin' of buyin' from Numeral Paint, think again. Do the right thing and buy from the artists directly.

I done tried out numralpaint.com two times now, and both times I was a bit disappointed. The numbers on the paint by number kits was off, so when I tried to match the paint colors to the diagrams in the package and the picture on the box it just didn't work out - made it really hard to paint. Maybe I just got bad luck both times, but it's still a bummer. I'd reckon y'all to take yer money elsewhere and give this one a miss.

Just checked out numeralpaint.com and gotta say, the pics of their stuff looked super fine right on their webby! So, I ordered a bunch for my lady's BD pressie. But when them Numeral Paints showed up, they were just dang unimpressive. Plus, there was no packaging to speak of and that did NOT feel premium at all. These ain't cheap paints neither, so it was a real drag having to go add to my already pricey gift list. Like dang, was this thing really THAT bad? I was so embarrassed, I had to spring extra for something else to make up for it. Don't waste your time or cash on these, y'all.

However, I must say that the product itself was quite good. The paint kit came with all the necessary materials and the colors were vibrant and eye-catching. The instructions were easy to follow, and my niece enjoyed painting the numbers and bringing the picture to life. It was a great activity for her to do during the holidays, especially with the ongoing pandemic.

I went on the Numeral Paint website and ordered paint by number for 57 dollars. I was so excited to get it, but it didn't come for a really long time. I was so mad that I complained and then they finally sent it in May. Can you believe they even changed my order to 77 dollars when they finally sent it?! I was so frustrated that I filed a police report for theft. I'm also working with the Federal Trades Commission to try and get something done about these people. Finally, they sent the pictures out after I complained. It's just not fair.

I stumbled upon a website called Numeral Paints and was shocked to see two images of my father's artwork being sold without his permission. As someone who recognizes the importance of artists and their hard work, it is disheartening to see a company stealing their intellectual property. These thieves never contacted my father for licensing the images of his artwork, and now they are making money off of his talent.

I urge anyone reading this review to not support Numeral Paints. The fact that they are stealing from artists shows that they have no respect for the creative community. It is important for us to come together and stand up against this type of behavior. As my father always says, "Art is not just a talent; it's a way of life."

Numeral Paint, or numeralpaint.com, has been a big disappointment. I've had a lot of trouble with their shipping and delivery services. They have gotten my address wrong not once, but twice. Even after sending them the correct address three times! I had to pay for two shipping fees and the original purchase, and I still haven't received anything. It's been three months now, and I have nothing to photograph. What a rip-off!

I'm really upset about the lack of communication on their part. I tried to contact them several times, but got no response. It's as if they don't care about their customers at all. I was hopeful that they would fix the problem, but I haven't seen any effort from their end. For a business that's supposed to make people's lives easier, they're really not doing a good job.

I was able to salvage a couple of the paints by adding some water, but they came out all grainy and just not good. In hindsight, I should have known better than to buy products shipped from China. Lesson learned.

Next time, I'm just gonna stick with buying from my local craft store where I know the products are gonna be good and the customer service is gonna be on point. Save yourself the headache folks and do the same!

Alright, so first things first, let me dive into the packaging. Now, don't get me wrong, I was pretty excited to receive my Numeral Paint kit in the mail. And don't even get me started on the frame - it was just four flimsy, cheap looking pieces of wood.

Now, I had initially bought this as a gift for my stepson, but I honestly don't know how I can give him something that's presented so poorly. I mean, come on, Numeral Paint, could you put in just a little bit of effort when it comes to packaging? It's honestly pretty disappointing.

I even tried to reach out to them via their website, but to no avail. I left a message and didn't hear anything back. Talk about bad customer service.

All in all, while I haven't actually tried the paint yet, I have to say that the presentation of it all has really left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm just hoping that the quality of the paint itself makes up for the shoddy packaging.
