This website Outbrain.com is one of the worst online services you could use. I had the misfortune of using them recently and it was a total disaster. Firstly, Outbrain.com engaged in fake clicks, which was a total waste of my money. I paid for something, but the clicks were not genuine. It was a total con and way overpriced.

What really annoyed me was that I agreed with them on a price, but later discovered that they charged me twice as much as we had discussed in our initial conversation. Seriously! What kind of business does that? When I tried to contact their customer service to discuss the issue, there was no support team available to speak to. I had to rely on emails, which was not very helpful. Even worse, the emails went unanswered for over a month. That's completely unacceptable!

Outbrain.com has no regard for its customers and just puts focus on ripping you off. They have no interest in providing customer service or solving problems. When I finally received a response to my email, it was just an automatic reply. This means they did not even bother reading my message and were not interested in finding a solution.

I strongly advise that you stay away from Outbrain.com as it is a fraudulent business. Save yourself the headache, the expense, and the disappointment that I experienced. This site is nothing but thieves who prey on unsuspecting customers.

Outbrain website seems to have some issues with its advertising tactics. As a user, I have been noticing some scam-like tactics that this website uses. In particular, I noticed that there are several boxes that appear with different subjects, which makes me believe that they are ads. However, when I try to close them by pressing the "x" button in the upper right corner, it takes me to that box's content. This is not what I intended to do.

The real close button appears only after a few moments, but even then, the actual target area is smaller than in most ads. If I'm not extremely precise, I get taken to that box's content, which is not what I want. Moreover, even if I manage to close the boxes successfully, another group of boxes appear. This time, the close button appears in the upper left corner, with an extremely small target area, which again takes me to that box's content. This is really annoying!

I think that Outbrain uses deceptive practices to provide deceptive information to whomever they sell it to. I understand how advertising works, but this is not how it's supposed to be. I also noticed that the ads that Outbrain shows me are not relevant to me due to their deceptive tactics. I don't like being spammed with ads that I don't care about, especially if they are not accurate.
