I received email with approval from Mosaic that my home improvement loan was approved. This loan related to my application with SDGE for SGIP approval of Tesla batteries in my home. This email included my executed loan agreement, signed by me and Mosaic.

I receive an email from Mosaic informing me that my home improvement loan qualification has expired because I did not sign loan documents. (I have a copy of signed loan documents which they sent me.)

I send Char Toledo an email asking for clarification of conflicting statements from Mosaic.

Char sends me an email stating she sent an email to your finance team to find out what’s needed. She asked my to wait for a response.

Char writhes email stating she is out of town but will find out.
I do not trust Char in getting my project done. This is not the first time she has failed to follow-up.

Char Toledo sent me an email in response to my question:
I was approved for Mosaic Loan relating to SDGE application for Tesla Batteries. Char acknowledged approval.
Desired outcome: I want to be assigned a different sales respresentative. I need to be brought up to date on the status of my project. I do not trust Char Toledo to get this project completed.
