What horrible customer service. The issues started right off the bat. I purchased a course that had 5 ques. When I entered my account I had no courses at all. I tried the live 24 hour chat line no one was there all night. I called customer service while trying to get some on the chat line the next morning at 8. After finally getting someone on the chat line he had absolutely no ability to help and was very nasty and would not get his supervisor. After a 40 min hold from the initial auto pickup of my call until a person came on the phone and was even more nasty. She finally was able to load my course, but only bits and pieces. The plat form is not user friendly and just a horrible company to deal with. Learn from my mistake go somewhere else.
