Acima review: Acima false information and harassing me on something from 2018 or 2019

My information was fraudently used by an ex for a mattress. I called the mattress store and told them this and to go get the product. I never received any correspondence from acima or the mattress store. On my credit report was acima, I disputed it and it was removed. Now I'm getting calls from someone who is a process server giving me a number to call and it's a supposed lawyer, saying they are filing a civil lawsuit for breach of contract. It's been way beyond the statues, I asked them to send me copies of the contract and signature and such of who owns the account. I got the run around. Leave me alone, it's been almost 7 years, acima took it off my credit report and said I don't owe anything and it's written off as uncollectible so why make up lies and try to sue me and say you're not collecting a debt, saying I need to be punished. They have had access to all of my phone numbers and addresses, to serve me..we all know process servers don't call. Stop the tactics. Acima never sent any mail correspondence ever.
