Had the nerve over the phone to tell me well there is nothing we can do about your kids fresh restart but look at the bright side he can't do it again. I was so upset I am done with them. Ronald C: Regarding the award, I'm afraid that using this award will completely reset a player's account in the game like it has never played the game before. There are warnings when using this award in the game and one of it's warning states that if this award is used, the stats can no longer be restored to the account. This is due to the account data being deleted in our system once this award is used in the game.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My account on activision with e-mail adress haure.[protected]@gmail.com and Activision ID BetterCallHau#3716599. My account has been banned and put on limited matchmaking twice in a time span of one month.

I would to complain hereby about whatever algorythm you have that establishes an account is eligible for a limited matchmaking ban pending review.

Whatever it is, the system is faulty and as you may already know impact alot of players across the world. Players have to wait for 5 to 10 days before the ban is lifted. Most of the accounts put on the limited matchmaking list end up being unbanned since alot of the bans are due to unvalid and ungrounded reports from other players in game.

Please adress this frustrating issue that affects a substantial amount of players.

Just wanted to make a complaint about the poor game choices available right now as some of us only plays plunder with friends and we’re no good at anything else. This takes the fun out of this game by removing a game that we have a chance at having fun.

I have been shadowbanned now FOURTEEN TIMES with absolutely zero help or explanation. Typically these are 2 week long states of where you can still open the game and buy bundles! That’s about it though because you won’t find any lobbies or the lobby you do find will have 100ms+ ping with people rage hacking/ aimbotting, etc. For me personally this equates to roughly over half a year of being denied access to a product and service I paid for. The amount of people this has affected is surely capable of alarming the FTC, we all know how they feel about you and Microsoft. Can we all say mass arbitration?

I recently re-downloaded Call of Duty to play with my friends to find out my account had been hacked and then banned. I can’t fix it via the website because a webpage error will not let me log in to appeal a ban. I’m furious as someone who has spent tons of money on previous call of duties it is very frustrating that you can’t call a help line or even speak with a person. Like many, many hundreds / thousands of others, I woke one morning to log onto my game to find I was permanently banned for using illegal software / manipulation of game data. I am a very casual game with a very poor k/d ratio who plays to unwind in my spare time. I do not cheat, never have and dont condone the thousands of overseas cheats who continually plague lobbies.

The appeal process is a scam which means they send an automated email to say the ban is being upheld. Your anti-cheat software is pathetic, allowing cheats to continually ruin the game while banning hundreds / thousands of innocent players.

Hi I've received a temporary ban sign on my mw3 2023 account. I haven't done anything remotely close to a ban! I don't use game chat it's turned off and I do not hack I have a day job and only play a few hours a day when possible! I've paid £70 for a game that I can't play properly because of a shadow ban for nothing. Please sort this out its because I'm an iridescent player and people don't like when I drop a good game and I get spam reported. This isn't on been a passionate cod gamer since cod4 and never been banned for 15 years of playing. Not good I look forward to playing and then this happens please un shadow ban my account. Not how they should treat a player of 15 years of playing they system is so wrong and punishing good players for no reason.

My account was hacked on 13 October 2023 I reach out to Activision support for assistance. But all they are doing is sending me the same old message the whole time. Activision is only they're for my money but when it comes to support their nowhere to be found. I send emails videos, photos and even screenshots and still no luck. I have been unfairly banned on 13th November 2023 and have given no reason for being banned. I appealed but they have upheld the ban. A mere 3 days after purchasing MW3 they have now snatched the product out of my hands and don’t even have the decency to refund me. It’s criminal behaviour and needs to be stopped.

UK Consumer Act 2015 provides me with rights with regards to faulty software. This software is faulty as it has incorrectly banned a non cheating player.

I was wrongfully banned after only 2.8 hours of gameplay. I couldn’t even refund the game through steam because they don’t refund games in which you are banned. Ban Appeal does absolutely nothing.

Now I just feel scammed.

I just bought MW3 for $100 dollars and decided to play the camping. after 2 hours of gameplay, I was banned for "manipulation of game data". I never got MW2. I haven't played COD since mw1 in 2019. this is sad. I pay $100 because I like what the game has to offer and this is what I get. They already not this is a big proper "We are investigating a service outage impacting multiple titles. During this time, Campaign Early Access, account ownership checks, and progression systems may be temporarily unavailable".

So on the 03/11/23 I was hit with my 7th shadow ban, I understand this is common with new account which I didn't really take any notice.

But now my account is aged and spend roughly £70 on I would of thought this won't be an issue anymore.

I was playing a WZ2 ranked game and came across 3 top 250 players, and managed to killed 2 of them but as soon as this happened I was kicked from the game and place under review.

I have wrote a formal complaint to the BBB and they responded back to them stating that they are unable to give me any information on why I have been shadow banned and under review (which I believe is extremally suspicious) as I'm a paying customer if my experience is hindered by something I have the right to know why?

They did get back to me after some time and send me the enforcement article, which is invalid as if this is my 6th ban surely they can find any evidence of me manipulating the game and perm ban me, I have never cheated and stream most the time I play to prove this, I have also bought a webcam to stream my monitor. This is an ongoing issue and on doing some research I've found loads of LEGIT player being falsely shadow banned but KNOWN cheaters who I've exposed and send video clips to Activation on twitter and other platform still play free of consequence! Is there something else I can do to prevent this, as I have also just bought MW3 which comes out this Thursday and I probably wont be able to play it due to this shadow ban!

In relation to the email i got on my account stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" under the user Super-Rac#5463179 and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid £84.99 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PS5 and for that matter how can i on a closed system?!

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) all i want to do is get back to COD to play MW3

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Furthermore, now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund for £84.99 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

My codm account has been accessed by someone and I want to fix it. Recently my account was having suspicious changes which I didn't make and even got a facebook account linked which I haven't and now even worse while I try to open the game and play out of nowhere it says account has been accessed elsewhere I want to know is there anyway to unlink the facebook account from my game?

I have already tried to change my password and enabled 2FA but nothing has changed and still there are changes being made I've spent so much time in my account and now I can't even use it. For me the game is all the joy I have so I would be real grateful if you helped me get my account back.
