Booked the last unit of instrument available, was planning for delivery cost then they SOLD out the product with out my acknowledgement, its kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE! Its an online site so can't do much, hope someone can do something.

Dear Sir,
Our company employs a team of sales professionals who have equal access to our extensive inventory of more than 6, 000 items. In order to be fair to all customers, we offer our products on a first come, first served basis. It is our general policy to not 'hold' or 'reserve' items without a deposit or purchase order. When you originally contacted us, we had three items in stock. By the time you decided to purchase, they were all sold. Sorry if you were given other information.
