False amount of payments
There isn't enough space to say what these people did wrong they were supposed to file years of tax refunds for me first of all spelled my son's name his last name wrong did it put in all my business information filed by taxes out of order amended my 2019 tax refund for what I have no idea then after I made my last payment according to the associate who signed me up the owner Winston Parker got to get gets on the phone and starts arguing with you he goes well what more do you want your taxes got paid your taxes got done telling me I have to pay him another $1,800 to get the rest of my taxes filed after I was told I was done making my payments these guys are crooks all they did was set out to Robbie they didn't do none of my taxes right they're all screwed up I don't have to do all over again anyways so they just literally burned out of 1100 what was wasted Parker's reply to what I said I wanted a refund because my taxes were done right he said we had to turn your case for non-payment because you did make your payments we we went ahead and we were going to refund your money we're going to keep your $1100 and we're not going to finish doing your taxes these crooks purposely set out to just troll the internet and look for somebody to take advantage of into the middle of a covid I got a son it's got a disabilities I'm a small business owner and I'm a single parent that's the kind of crap that they do to people like us because we don't have resources we can't fight back

What is Scott's role at the company? That name does not sound familiar to me, but I was employed there for a short time.
Sales, I have several years of returns I’m wanting to settle, I initially started the progress with $10,000.00, that was in 2021. In 2022 he ask for an additional $4,500.00 , moving forward to today with no resolve. No one from ATA are not answering any phone calls, my taxes a pending for 2022 & 2023 and yet no resolution or an cursory update on the statue of my tax situation..

DLG76 would you be willing to write a letter, email, or discuss in some manner what you know about their business practices? I have documented proof of the lies and misleading's they use to get you in for more money but I would like to know more about their standard business practices.
