Arby's review: cashier/manager

Senior Discounts should be given without the customer having to ask for it. (Usually a cashier can judged whether a discount is in order or not). Evidently you must ask for it at the Schillinger Road location. My husband forgot to ask for the discount. The cashier/manager said she could not give it after the fact. He asked for the manager and her responses was "I bee's the manager. She needs to be retrained and enrolled in an English class. She was very rude.

Once before at this same Arby's this happened to us and the Manager refunded our money and rang up our sales again with the discount. It was no problem. She was nice about it an pleasant.
