hard shell tacos
I cannot think taco bell is still in business.I ordered 3 hard shell tacos.What I got was 3 shells with about a tablespoon of meat,a shred of lettuce and a little cheese.was charged 2.69 per taco.Not worth eating.My dog wouldnt touch it.I ate 2 bites and gave it to the dog.the next day was still in his bowl.Kinda tastes like oatmeal.will never go to again.
Desired outcome: a refund for nasty food.

Poor customer service and product
Tried taco fell again after two months. I was with my daughter and we were both pissed at the service and quality. They need an adult controlling the childish behavior behind the counter. They handed me my drinks dripping with soda and she kinda laughed and half heartedly apologized. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess. Young female with long brown hair possibly braces. The food was completely soggy and soaking through the paper containers. This taco bell is a complete ⅞joke and have attempted to speak to someone above shift supervisor but I have never received a call back. Complete disrespect and waste of money. Do not eat here unless you like to throw your money away. I took pictures and will forward them with my complaint to all the available emails addresses I can find for corporate.

This is the second time I am making my complaint..I made one two weeks ago and nothing was done.
The guy got all my order together and put it in the bag...charged me for it as I still have the receipt, but never put it in the bag! I've called this taco bell, restaurant 020863. Patchogue, NY It was on the counter and yet not put in the bag...when I got home..but charged me for it..I sent in a complaint the next day, Still nothing was done. I called them and there was a communication issue due to a language issue.
I would like restitution as this has happened at this Taco Bell a few times...enough already..second complaint here and no response from you...

The driveway that has large numerous pot holes.
Store # [protected] West College Ave Appleton Wi.54914 Has 2 large pot holes in their driveway. One that is several inches deep and getting larger as you go to enter the drive-thru- there could be some serious damage if not seen [like at night] then the second one is as you are leaving the drive-thru to get back to the main entrance. Combo meal 2 chalupa’s 1 taco & drink for $11.99
Monday February 5th 2024
At approximately 7:48pm I visited the New Taco Bell location at 96th and Cicero Ave in Oak Lawn IL 60459. I proceeded through the drive through and ordered the combination 2 chicken chalupas, 1 taco , 1 Founfain drink for $11.99. With Tax the meal is $12.65. Now, this is the highest amount I have paid
To date for the 3 items but my complaint is straightforward. I expect the items to be consistently made each time I visit a Taco Bell, hence the branding and franchise. This evening the chalupas had no more than 1oz of chicken, cheese that I could count visually and approximately 1/4 oz of sour cream. The two together had an overall weight of 3-4oz compared to my 12oz soft drink. The taco was hard shell when I ordered soft. I did consume the meal in the parking lot which the exception. If the hardshell taco. I can say I am clearly behooved, myself visiting Taco Bell anytime soon, unfortunately would’ve asked for a full refund, but no lesson would be learned.. I hope Taco Bell follows up and this new location and provides me information as to the exact quantity of ingredients per taco or menu item. Of the colorful menu, I could clearly say that’s not what I received, which is very deceptive of the company. Typical but nonetheless unacceptable…
