very rude manager.
Alright, there's a manager in this Taco Bell named Christina (I believer her last name is Glenn). She was a VERY rude manager. First of all, I believe she is on some drugs due to her eyes being dilated, constant jittery movements and unusual lip movements. Second of all, she was downright rude to various customers, telling people to "get out, " "She has a job to do, " and being fairly snide to various people. Not to mention that she actually fired an associate for going home while he was sick (and puking. She told him that he will be fired if he goes home sick, despite his physical illness). Not to mention that instead of taking him to the office, she yelled it to him in front of other customers, embarrassing the poor kid. Just tonight, on March 6th, while I was talking to one of my friends at the hangout area, she came up to us and told us to get out (we weren't there longer than 10 minutes, yet she claimed we were loitering). This Christina manager is a very rude manager and she treats people horribly. A manager that acts like this to customers and associates shouldn't be working with the public, especially if she really is on some kind of drug that's causing her to act like this.
The management apologized for the inconvenience.

not happy
This is the worse experience I ever had at a taco bell and I will never order from there again. I spend a lot of money in their business to be treated so horribly and to be treated like common street bums! I spent $53.69 for food from there only to be told they can't honor my order because it didn't show up on their end and I provided a copy of my receipt with date, time, store number and address and everything I ordered along with receipt that it was already paid for just to be told to call gm gloria the next morning when I did she said what they did wasn't wrong and that people make copies of receipts to get stuff and that she would get it fixed and call me... For one thing you don't treat your customers like trash they are your bread and butter and definitely not like every hoodlum around! The sad part is I should have never ordered online and I will never again I didn't get anything for my money and they still have my money. This is the worse establishment and customer service i've ever seen! I will go elsewhere from on. I want my money back asap! Their address is 703 n santa fe ave pueblo co 81003
stealing time
Hi my name is Lakeshia Daniels I am an employee at 3209 N Monroe Tallahassee FL 32303 and I would like to report the General Manager Janice for stealing time I work today 03/01/2018 she stated that she clocked me and two other employees named Mike and Jerome out at 2am when we wasn't done working until around 2:17a-2:30a I tried to clock out myself so I could see the amount of hours I received for the week she stated that I didn't need to clock out because she already clocked us out I said I wanted to check the amount of hours I received for the week and she then stated it's not going to be right because she clocked us out
lack of supplies
I attempt to eat at taco Bell in Clinton, Oklahoma at least 8 times a month. During these visits I am rarely able to order the item that I prefer due to the fact that this location is constantly out of stock on dozens of items. I have spoken to the on duty manager several times to to informed that it is not her fault that the delivery truck has not delivered. I do completely understand that some issues are beyond our control, however, for this location to consistently be out of stock on items seems NOT to be the delivery drivers fault yet the managers fault for not ordering items in a timely manner. How does a manager not have tortillas when it is a Mexican food fast food chain.
I witnessed 4 cars drive off from the drive thru without placing their order, as too many items are out of stock
If additional training could be provided, as a customer, I would be greatly appreciative.
quesaritto
My husband and I went and ate at Taco Bell. He got this item and there was barely anything in it. So he took it back to the register and got a new one, but the new one had the same amount of food inside.
We had an unpleasant visit. He will not be getting this item again. We more than likely won't go back there to eat again. Won't recommend either.
management
I went into the tacobell today craving tacos! Until, I heard what I thought was a customer cussing like a sailor. As I walked up to the register I noticed it was a button up shirt, so I take it as he was in charge? I didn't even wanna eat after I heard him cussing at a fellow manager. I usually come up here all the time and I love my cashier! The girl with tattoos always makes me feel welcomed. Come to find out that's was who he was cussing at. I will never go back to this establishment! What kind of manager calls a fellow employee a pos anyway? Psh. You guys def lost my everyday order.
product
I just had the worst experience at a taco bell located at 11585 Quail Roost Dr in Miami. Part of my order was two pizzas and a taco salad. It tasted like they were fried in oil/grease that must not have been change in months, I eat taco bell sometimes once a week and I can tell you it will be a while before they see me again and will be reporting you to the Florida Dept of Health

food
I stopped at Taco Bell drive thru to get a quesadilla before work. I drive off & proceed to open the quesadilla only to find out that it was very cold. I opened up & found shredded cold cheese in there. I turned back & notified the manager who had no customer service skills whatsoever. She was very rude & upset that I came back to bring it to her attention. Late for work because of my terrible encounter there. I just wanted something quick to eat before work & that didn't happen. Very disappointed.
taco bell drive thru
The location in royse city, 548 and i30 needs help in the quickest way, whoever is managing this store needs help.
For the last year or so, this location during business hours takes 1 order at a time, that's placing the order with the employee's always asking hello, how are you? No, it's welcome to taco bell, can I help you, not starting up a conversation when 5 cars are in the drive thru.
Everyone must wait at the order mic until the order at the pick up window drives off, then they say sorry for the wait? 1 order at a time.
Problem: I see all the time cars parked at the location inside cannot leave because of the constant long line in the drive thru, 1 order at a time blocks the people in the lot and cannot get out, 1 order at a time creates problems and is now way too painful to go there anymore because it just isn't managed right, I am seriously thinking about applying for the managers position at this location at get it on track like all the other stores, and I love taco bell, been to hundreds, this is the only place that does this... 1 order at a time, I drive up to the window, the person who takes the order is standing there waiting on the order to complete, while cars lined up at the order mic must wait, this is ridiculous to me, they need to take every order everytime someone drives up, take there order for crying out loud, makes no sense at all.

customer service
Date of incident 2/15/18
Approximately 8:35-8:40 am I returned to Taco Bell
12105 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064
to return a hash brown purchased @8:15. I returned the hash brown because it was old and hard, appeared to be cooked the day before and reheated. When I returned to the drive thru there was the same clerk who took my order who I later learned her name was Melissa.
Melissa took the has brown, closed the window and came back with a new hash brown. I told Melissa I don't want another hash brown because it was for my daughter (she was no longer with me). I told Melissa that I wanted an orange juice instead. Melissa told me "we don't do exchanges". I asked her to get the manager. Melissa told me she was the manager. I told Melissa to give me my money back (for the hash brown).
Melissa was very rude and disrespectful as she told me I'll give you your money back so give me the food. I asked her for what, and that I had eaten off of one of the quesadillas . Melissa went further to say give me the food, all of the food. I gave her the bag and told her to just give me my money back. Melissa said that I had eaten off the hash brown anyway, which was not true. It was broken by hand to try to eat, but it was too hard. Melissa said where are the Cinnabons. I told her in my mouth. Melissa said I'm not refunding the money for the Cinnabons as she began to pull out her phone to calculate the difference amongst her colleagues . I told her she must have lost her...mind that I had to drive back down here because they gave me some hard...hash brown. I told Melissa to give me my bag and my receipt and I took it. I got out of my car and went inside the establishment and demanded my money and I said "or do I need to call the police". Melissa said "and what are they going to do." I said get my money back, make a report so I can sue Taco Bell.
At this point Tanya came forth and said she was the manager and she'll help me. I said so you lied and said you were the manager and at this point Melissa told me to shut up. I told her you shut the...up. There was one older worker who was saying shh to me. I said don't shh me. (Nobody spoke up to tell Melissa to calm down and explain to her that it was their error, and I had use gas to drive back here and all I wanted to do was to exchange the hash brown for an orange juice .)
The manager Tanya asked me to move my car from drive thru and she would work on the refund. I went outside to move my car and Melissa stares me down as if she wanted to fight. I told Melissa "you don't scare me with her attitude." Melissa told me you got attitude too. I called her stupid.
I moved my car and by the time I came back around Manager Tanya came out with my money as well as the only male that I saw working this morning. He stared at me as I talked to Tanya, but he never responded. I thanked Tanya and I asked her why she allowed Melissa to talk and act the way she did. Tanya told me that she had never seen her act like that and that she was going to talk to her. I have never been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment who refused to do what's right. Melissa was the most unprofessional person I've ever met and her behavior was very unethical. She is the type of employee who gives Taco Bell a bad reputation.
Resolution: Melissa needs to be thoroughly trained on customer service skills, if not fired. Staff need to be informed that it is unethical to sell old leftover food from previous day.
I will include photo of this hash brown and my refund receipt. Tanya said she trashed or left the original receipt inside.
I would strongly encourage you to please pull the tape to review this incident.

took too long to realize i was standing there with a 2 year old and it was obvious that i was there. JUST SAYING! food was poorly out together (sloppy) and my XXL Burrito barly had any guoc (put on one side) which didnt even look like they gave me the proper amount and i didnt taste the avacodo ranch. after me and my som where done eating what i ordered, my son wanted another burrito. i waited for so long in the line. longer than the last one. i waited as they passed out other food. they thought one order was mine i said (where everyone can here) no i havent ordered again yet. after they got those 2 orders done i was still waiting as an olderly man walks in. the woman working tonight was finally done talking to wheever she was talking to the whole time she came behind the counter and asked that guy what he wanted. As if I wasnt standing there for 8 [censor] minutes without anyone talking to me besides them having to ask that question and for me to tell them no I havent ordered again yet. So as my punishment for them ignoring me like the unprofessional [censor] they were tonight I left me and my son's mess on the table for them to do something other than stand around when I leave. Keep in mind I didnt even get to order my son's other burrito because I am pregnant and I was very pissed at these [censor] ignoring me then rather help someone that wasnt even in there as long as I was standing there waiting to take my damn second order!
unfriendly
I went in to pick up lunch from store number 022594 in Daytona FL, on 2/14/18 approx. 11:38, order number 146794. I placed a $25.00 order. The girl at the counter who took my order was nice and polite, Paris, but the manger is who was very unfriendly. The order was to go and the manager was putting the food on trays for a dine in, when I told her it was to go, she slammed the tray down and put the order into a bag. Very sloppy. She never smiled, the entire time, never said 1 word to me, very angry acting. I almost asked for my money back and left. When I asked the manager about making my free order of fries into a supreme, she complained to me she didn't know how to do that, since the fries were free, she didn't know how to adjust the price of just adding meat. Then, the $5 cravings box is now $5.79 not $5.00, the taco salad shows on line the menu price of being $5.49 but there I had to pay $6.49, a nacho bellGrande I had to pay $4.79 instead of price on line showing $3.69 and last, I paid for a chicken power bowl of $6.29 and on line price shows $5.19. This is very unsatisfactory . How is the acceptable ?
restaurant manager
I just had a really horrible experience at one of your Taco Bell restaurants in Encinitas California, and I wanted to document it and report it to you while it was still fresh in my mind. I was treated so badly that I actually feel like your employee should be fired, and I don't say that lightly. Not only did your employee ring up the wrong price for my food, (different than the price that is clearly stated on your menu), but then he refused to fix it to the correct price, and acted rude, arrogant, and condescending towards me during the whole time I talk to him. He never once offered any sort of apology at all, he just acted like I was wasting his time by telling him that he had ring up the wrong price for my food. His name was Armando, and he claimed to be the manager that evening. Below is exactly what happened.
I went through the drive-through at about 7:20 PM this evening (Sunday, Feb 11), at the Taco Bell at 1502 Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas, CA 92024. I ordered the new nacho fries supreme and the official Taco Bell corporate-manufactured menu in the drive-through stated that it cost $2.50. When I arrived at the drive-through window I already had my credit card out, and the person working at the window (Armando) held out his hand to take my credit card without telling me how much my food was. (He also failed to tell me how much it was at the time I ordered it through the drive-through speaker, he simply said "pull forward and I'll have your total for you.") So before handing over my card I said "how much is it?" He responded "$3.29." To which I stated "the sign says it should be $2.50 Plus tax, so $3.29 total cannot possibly be correct."
This is when he started lying to me. He said "yes, $2.50, so with tax $3.29." I said "no that isn't right. You're not ringing it up right. There is no way that the tax on $2.50 is another $.80." He kept insisting for a few more times that it was just the tax that made the price different, but after I repeatedly questioned him hen eventually admitted "yes, I keep telling my manager to fix the sign. The sign should say $2.99. Thats how much it is, $2.99." He knew exactly what the problem was the whole time, but he just stood there and lied to me to get me to pay more for my food without questing it. And he had kept lying to me about it, trying to get me to believe that the difference in price was just tax, so I would just pay for it. At this point his attitude changed from just apathetic and terse to ornery, and he started acting like I was just wasting his time, and he didn't care at all about the problem with ringing up my food that HE had just created. In the rest of my interaction with him he treated me like I didn't matter at all, and if I didn't like paying the wrong price for my food I should just leave.
I asked him to fix the price for me and charge me the correct price, as stated on the menu, and he said "there is nothing I can do about it. If you have a problem with it you should talk to the manager" in a really rude condescending tone.
So I said "well is there a manager here tonight right now that I can talk to, that can give me the correct price for my food?" He then pulled out a slip of receipt paper, and wrote down a woman's name on it, and a phone number, and said "here, this is the manager, you can call her if you have a complaint." To which I responded "but is there someone I can talk to here tonight? Is a manager here tonight that can fix this." He responded with, "I'm the manager." So I said "good, then you can fix this. Can you please give me the correct price for my food, the price but stated on the menu in the drive-through."
At this point he started bargaining with me, which is incredibly bizarre. He said, "I can give it to you for $2.90+ tax. That's the best I can do." I responded "no, I want to pay the correct price for my food, the price that's on your menu, the price that I'm supposed to be paying. It should be $2.50 plus tax, which should come out to roughly about $2.75 total." That's what I want to pay tonight for my food, because that's the correct price." He responded "well $2.90 is the best price I can give you. That's all I can do. But if you have a complaint call that phone number I gave you."
So at that point I left without getting my food, and without paying for it. The circumstances that I had just been through was so bizarre that there was no way I was gonna buy any food at that restaurant tonight. I pulled my car out of the drive-through and drove around to the parking lot and parked. I then proceeded to call the number on the slip of paper he gave me. The phone number went to a fax machine, and it started sputtering out those digital noises that a fax machines spit out when you call them with a phone. So by now I was getting furious with the entire situation. This guy's terse speech, and complete lack of caring for the situation that he had created, was getting really irritating. His attitude throughout the entire conversation was "why are you bugging me with this."
So I took the slip of paper he gave me, exited my car, and went back into the Taco Bell restaurant to confront him about the fake phone number he just gave me. I stood at the counter, and waited for him to see me. When he saw me I said "hey this phone number you just gave me goes to a fax machine." He replied "yes I know, it goes to us here at this restaurant." I said "look, if you're the manager, why don't you just fix the price for me and give me the food for the price that I'm supposed to be paying for it, the price that's on your menu." He responded "there is nothing I can do about it. I have to go by the price on the register. I can't change the price for you." To which I said "of course you can. You're the manager. I've never been to a fast food restaurant that couldn't fix the price when it was rung up wrong, and give me the correct price as stated on the menu." To which he said in an irritated manner "Well there's nothing I can do about it. You should talk to the manager tomorrow if you have a complaint."
At that point I just wanted to leave, so I asked him what his name was and he said "Armando." Then I left the restaurant, without any food, feeling like I should probably never go back there again if that man is still working there. He was so over-the-top, and rude, and weird, …God knows what he would do to my food if I ever return there. I'm afraid to go back to that restaurant at all, I feel like I can never go back to my local Taco Bell again after this bizarre, rude, and inappropriate interaction. So I left, and I went and got food someplace else, and now unfortunately you have lost a customer forever, because - as I stated, I'm afraid to go back to that restaurant if that rude bizarre person is working there.
I have never been treated this badly at a place where I was a customer in my entire life, and I will never be returning to this store. This rude, apathetic, condescending, and arrogant employee should be fired. No one deserves to be treated this way, particularly a customer.
I have photos of the menu sign with the $2.50 price on it, as well as photos of the weird slip of paper he gave me with the phone number on it.
They don't fire this not knowing so called Manager, I would escalate big time!
I am complaining about the employee that works in th
I am a employee of Taco Bell and a few days ago I saw my managers brother who is an employee he was scratching his butt and right after he was done scratching he touched the tomatoes with his bare hands and the same hands that he was scratching his butt with and he also Cooks the pico de gallo with no gloves. I have told my manager would have been going on but since it's his brother he put either things I'm lying or that it's okay that his brother does that because he knows he's a clean guy. He so clean that you see him scratch his butt then puts them in the tomatos. Not only that but majority of times he cooks with no gloves on and hands out the orders like that. Honestly the manager who is Hugo who can't be defending his brother like that. Antonio is the name of the guy who has been doing all these disgusting things. The rest of the coworkers cant bare to make or buy some food there because we know what he has done.
taco salad
Picture below. Where's the Taco Salad I ordered? Lettuce and tomatoes with ground beef and beans have never been this skimpy. Bowl isn't even 1/2 full. A little bit of stuff in the bottom of the bowl. I'm paying full price and feel really cheated when I got home to have a great dinner and this is what I got. Not ready to go back there however and this will be my last purchase. If I'd been on the other side of the counter I'd be ashamed to give this to a paying customer.
