Taco Bell drive thru order was missing three items.

My Son, My 3 nephews and Myself went through the drive-thru this past Sunday Night. March the 25th. It was kinda late and we were all tired from the drive back home from seeing My Aunt in the Huntsville AL. Hospital. When we arrived home and started to eat your late dinner, my Son had a chicken Quesadilla missing and the same was missing from My Nephews order. I was also missing an order of nachos and cheese. I went there tonight to explain my missing food to the Manager on duty. He just looked at Me like I was crazy. Shook his head and yelled to the cooks that he needed 2 Quesadillas. That made me very uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. So when they brought me my bag, I said Thank You and left. I got home, and the 2 Quesadillas were in the bag for My Son and My Nephew, that I have been raising, but there were no nachos and cheese for Me. I hope you can see the principal of this and understand how disturbingly bad the customer service/satisfaction was to Me and my family.

Taco Bell 2 chicken quesdilla,2 chalupas, nacho frie

My food was horrible, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is my fourth time getting my food half prepared, wrong at that! room temperature food, I go to the one in Crestwood and Immediately taste and see the difference I love taco bell but this location has disappointed me too many times! I have no problem with them being friendly, I don't know if I'm coming to late I get off at 9 p.m I try not to come too late, I don't know what it is but I feel like I spend good money for my product to not meet it's goal which is to leave me satisfied taste buds fulfilled instead I'm trying to find another option to dine.

Taco Bell ceiling tile

Today March 26 I went in to eat a small meal at 1298 S Winchester Blvd
San Jose, CA 95128. I went to get some sauces when all of a sudden the ceiling tile cane off the roof. I realized that there was a leak & the tile became wet that ma why it fell off. If I was a little closer to where it fell I could have seriously gotten injured. Thank god there wasn't a kid because then he/she could have gotten a worst injury than me. Probably could have even slipped, they could at least clean up the mess instead of just leaving it a mess. Taco Bell fix your [censor] and prevent another [censor] accident like this.

Taco Bell food

We aren't at Taco Bell today. First off one person working front and back. Took about 10 min to have order taken. When finally got food it was cold the fries were so bad so I took in to ask for fresh ones. Was told they just made them. I politely said that may be true but all the food was cold. So they took fries and microwaved to warm which made them unedible. Ended up throwing our lunch out which was a taco burrito Mexican pizza meximelt and fries. Very disappointed.

Taco Bell customer service

I was at the Taco Bell at University and Colonel Glenn on March the 24 I was trying to pay for my order half cash the rest on my debit card the attendees she was snatching my money cursed me and threatened me bodily harm then another employee she jumped in and said she was her sister said they were going to call their auntie to come up and jump me I had my 17 year old son and my grandchild with me there bosses were telling them to stop but they kept saying ugly things to me and my son the manager said that he had just hired them and I suggested that he fired them for being evil the customer is all way right this was very abusive service I will not be going to that area again it was wrong to be abuse by young women

Taco Bell box $5

Unbelievable how mean this store has been. Heard from someone that the fact all the food comes out with way way less ingredients is because "the manager order", couple pictures was taken from the taco (hard) and the burrito just tossed into the trash because just a little bit ingredient inside. That was the special $5 box. In the other Taco (Revere), this people should get raise in their salary, kind people working there, and we have a decent food, should pick this one instead waste my time at this Taco Bell again in Everett, MA. If the management (directors) do not take any serious about the business from the local manager probably you will be out of business sooner. What a shame, this is the second time we have an issue in less than a month.

Taco Bell customer service, food, drive through time

I went to the Taco Bell on highland ave in clifton Ohio and got there at 1 am. I was in line for an hour and a half! This drive sucks because If it's taking too long you can't just leave, there m is a gate that prevents that so you're stuck. Once I got to the speaker the worker told me it's a 30 minute wait on beef. I kindly told her that that's ok because I'm vegetarian and require only beans on my food. The cashier rudely took my order and I proceeded to wait for a long time. When I finally got to the window my food was cold and when I asked for extra sauce she glared at me and shoved it in my bag. The cashier hurried me away and I was over the whole thing anyway and when I got home I saw that my order was wrong. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Like I said, the whole journey was an Hour and a half and I received cold food that I mostly threw away.

Taco Bell drive through window

To Whom it may concern,
I was just picking up some food at the Taco Bell on 1941 Main Street in Keller TX, 762448., I decided to go through th drive through, which was a mistake.
I ordered my food and paid at the window, I was directed to pull forward and sombode would bring the food out. The problem was that everyone in front of me and behind me got the sam directions. The parking lot had at last 5 waiting cars around the entrance the whole time I was waiting, that was 12 min. There was nobody inside eating at that time and no backup at the ordering, or the window you paid.
It seemed like the workers inside couldn't handle it.

Taco Bell wait time

I really like the Taco Bell tacos BUT the wait time is horrid! I looked up the store here in Windsor complaints and most of the complaints were for wait times of 45 minutes to an hour even after the lunch crowd. Maybe they need new management. I don't usually complain but I'm fed up ! Sometimes the tacos are stuck to the paper! Twice I was told, sorry for the wait time but usually nothing is said. We have only Taco Bell here in town so otherwise I have to drive down to Santa Rosa. I've always had good service there!

Taco Bell nasty environment

As my family and I were eating, an employee's friend or spouse came in with a child and laid him on the table to change his diaper. Wouldnt have been so bad but it was a poopy diaper and the stink was bad. She was loud and didnt care that my son and daughter ages 9 and 12 were setting not five feet away and started talking about how it was everywhere on his penis and balls. Now I do not like confrontation and I was seriously just trying to hold down my food so we just got up and left. Henryetta Ok Taco Bell has always been one of our first choice places to eat and has always been clean and very good service. Just felt the need to share this bad experience because the next people this happens in front of may not be very pleasant. Thank you for your time.

Taco Bell taco bell making fun of me behind counter telling other people

i was in the sugar creek taco bell last week my boyfriend was upset and crying so i was comforting him.one of the managers came up and told us to "stop making out this is a business"i didn't think to much of it we where not but we had before.but the next day my friend heard them talking about it making fun of us basically.then this week they tell us again and one of the employees told there sister who brought it up in front of a colleague of mine.this is NOT ok.if they are a "business" why are they talking [censor] on me? i am vary angry and am not going back they have embarrassed me for the last time! i respected what they said so why wont they respect me.

Taco Bell drive through service

Just left taco bell (3/23/18) (10pm) On two occasions within the last week I've gone to the taco bell at 5141 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072. I've gone to the drive through twice and ordered food and a strawberry freeze and have been told that the freeze machine is down. On those same two occasions I received my food from the drive through and pulled around and parked and went inside and ordered the strawberry freeze inside. On those same two occasions I received the strawberry freeze when I go inside but not when I order it though the drive through the machine is down. Is it that hard to prepare a strawberry freeze and hand it through the drive though. Do I have to go inside every time I want a strawberry freeze. Customer service really sucks at this place. Employees have attitudes when you take too long to order through the drive through and the freeze machine is always down but only through the drive through not if you go inside. I guess that's why I stopped getting ice cream from McDonald's because the machine seems to always be down. If its that hard to get a product from your store then don't offer it or hire people that are going to see all of your products not just the onea that are easier to prepare. From a very angry customer. Please fix this problem.

Taco Bell service

I visited Location-031265 on 03/22/2018 12:54:36 pm. I stayed in the drive thru for 30 min. The only reason I didn't get out of the line was due to being stuck. This is really unacceptable. The young lady on the drive window was very pleasant and stated that they were understaffed. I'm not a Taco Bell regular customer, but in speaking to other persons that frequent this location, they all stated it's always ridiculous. Maybe not to the level that was exhibited today.

Taco Bell service

Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the staff was very rude. We had a pretty big order 40$, 17 items and the staff was complaining that it's too much and it might as well be 30 items, very rude staff. Will never be coming back. How could people get upset about getting business? And the store only had 5 people in it so it wasn't busy.

Taco Bell service

03/20/18 7pm
This is the second time that I have gone to the Clearlake Taco Bell in Cocoa, Fl 32926 and I now see a sign at the register that says there will be a 20 to 30 min wait or more to get food. The first time I waited over 15min on 03/12/18 at 4pm and asked for a refund and got it. Both times now going there I had ordered the 5 dollar box deal. It is obvious that my time and effort to get to your store does not mean anything, more less having to wait that long for any orders. david mcclain

Taco Bell unethical behavior

I have always had a very hard time ordering food from this location on late nights. Staff seems to always be rude and works poorly. I had another incident with this location tonight 03/20/2018 when I submitted multiple orders via online. I received multiple confirmation numbers for the orders and everything checked out ok. When I pulled up to the drive thru the staff seemed eager to close and responded simply with, "the orders don't appear on the computer". They were still open but the restaurant seemed closed with all the lights off. Manager seemed annoyed of me requesting for my food and thus getting upset with me. I had to proceed by not getting the orders of food we had submitted. I felt as if I was being lied to and felt as if the staff purposely canceled my orders.

Taco Bell service

My husband and I visited your "Taco Bell" 020165 today for a quick lunch.
The staff that was on was Less than professional. Talking loudly and goofing off and tossing food stuff back and forth between each other. One was laughing so loud talking about not getting paid enough to take care of his 8 children. I took notice of his name ( JayLind ) because he didn't look over 20 years old. He and his co-workers thought it was acceptable behavior. We also waited for quite a while for our order and the place was not busy. When my husband received our order his hard shell taco supremes were in pieces . He ate them with a fork. Maybe the staff was too busy tossing his food around also ? Who knows.

Taco Bell food quality & overall customer satisfaction

This location has not been open very long. With the handful of times I have visited, this location it has been horrible . Extremely slow drive thru service. On two separate occasions, they were physically out of key menu items. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time we were there because it was a new location. We had ordered 10 tacos. Out of the 10 tacos five of them Supreme. We got hard shell and not soft shell and they were not Supreme. When we called to tell them that they had made our order wrong we were told that we would have a credit for the next time we came in. However weeks later when we did go, they didn't have our name on file. We tried to talk to the male manager argued with us like this never even happened. We left & didn't purchase anything. Our daughter visited 1 week ago & it took approx 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru not at a peak time just to get three items. They even made her pull to the side. When we got home, the tostada had no meat on it. And the mini quesadilla was thrown together like a taco. (I have photos) it wasnt even editable. On another occasion, they weren't serving breakfast because they didn't have "eggs" or "sausage". My visit to this location today was the last straw. Yet again, no breakfast because out of key menu items. Why be open? Why advertise ? You would think that with a brand new location, the managers or owners of this franchise would choose to make every effort to give the best possible customer service. Instead, this is possibly the worst fast food restaurant ever. I will never go to this location again. In addition, I will think twice about visiting any taco bell locations clearly for the fact they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

Taco Bell food services

On a recent visit to a local Store when ordering from the drive through I was told that four of the five items I requested we're not available first I order a Mexican pizza the server responded that there were no tortilla shell available then I requested two chicken hard shell tacos again the server said that they had no chicken avalible, then I requested the new nacho fries at which time I was told that their normal size boxes as seen on TV commercials was not available but I order only to be disappointed, because the bag was the size of a reg small fry bag, and a half filled cheese cup.Then I wanted to get the new sciddle slush drink and it was not available either. So one last request for a chicken tostada and again the server sarcastically replied if we don't have chicken for the the chicken pizza we obviously don't have it for at tostada either.At which point I said just give me what you have that I order which was only a slushy lime drink.Then I proceeded to a competitivors Resterant to finish getting the rest of my families requests. I was very upset and very offended .This store has resently become very much incapable of filling order.They seem unstocked and unprepared to serve.

Taco Bell food/service/cashier

I am writing this complaint on a Cashier Names Courtney J around 7:25:55 Pm . The Cashier was Rude and Disrespectful, she didn't give me my drink so I just left it alone after waiting, she dropped my money on the ground close the window and told me you owe this amount not only that I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and I didn't have no positive feedback such as I'm sorry that you had to wait so long, then she handed me my food and didn't say anything . I like Taco Bell but I understand if your having a bad day but that attitude or disrespect wasn't tolerated for because we all have bad days but that was unexceptional .
