I usually place orders at drive through but there are constant errors, last night went inside to get better service. He had the order together and was placing in the bag, I saw the grilled cheese burrito on the counter, assumed he was putting it in the bag as it was part of the order. He obviously didn't put in my bag. This is a problem and happens at this Taco Bell a lot...I am beyond frustrated...the worst part the servers do not speak clear English to get your order straight or ask a question.
Claimed loss: $5.69
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for item not received...Thank you..again this is not the first time this has happened..

more than two weeks later...no reply from Taco Bell...Well, that figures, they have no intention in correcting the situation, right TB? OK then, there are other Mexican places to get REAL Mexican food from...bye then! What then is the purpose of sending in these complaints then?

For someone complaining about another person's English, you sure have a lot of errors yourself. Basic mistakes that are taught in the first grade.
The word drive-thru needs a hyphen. Also, it is spelled drive-thru, not drive-through.
You should have used a capital letter to start the sentence. Last night went inside.
You should have put last night I went inside. You left out the word I.
You should have said he did not place it IN the bag. You left out the word in,
In another sentence, you left out the word it.
Once you pass first grade English, then you can bash them.
no one asked for your ridiculous input...this is regarding the difficulty understanding basic communication. Butt out
Public forum ANYONE CAN COMMENT. The issue si that your English is poor, not theirs. BTW you made even MORE errors. in your posts.
Something taught in the first grade. A sentence should begin with a capital letter. You have difficulty understanding simple communication.
you cannot spell...the word Is, is not spelled si, as you spelled it in your ridiculous comment...this is not the place to air your lack of intelligence...this is not for petty immature people who have nothing better to do.. next time I will report you for abusing this site...
I am sure that they do speak clear English, only you don't so you do not understand what they are saying. Your five errors shows that you have difficulty with the English language.
you are being ridiculous... and how would you know what transpired? do you have ESP
I do not know what happened. I do not have ESP, but I can see. I see your review with FIVE English errors. Then I see that you commented that they have poor English. Can you not read? With such poor English, Id doubt you can read beyond a first-grade level.
Once again, you have simple punctuation errors showing that YOUR English is poor. Nor can you read. Sentences begin with a capital letter and you are missing a few commas.
They would not keep messing up your order all the time if you had passed first-grade English.
hahaha you can mind your own business...
